A bit of a cloudy day is on tap for the region today. Some light showers may also develop this afternoon as highs top out in the upper 50s. Overall, just kind of a “meh” day. Not terrible, not great either.
More rain is expected overnight. A couple of storms may be possible from time to time as well. The aforementioned severe weather threat seems to have decreased. That’s something we should continue to monitor throughout the day though. Overnight lows will drop back into the low 50s.
A nice day is expected Saturday after a cold front moves through during the morning hours. This will lead to mostly sunny skies in the afternoon as highs top out in the mid 60s. A northwest breeze will bring a bit of a chill to the air. Overnight lows drop back into the low 40s.
High pressure at the surface and aloft should keep things dry throughout the day on Sunday. Highs will be stuck in the low 60s despite partly cloudy skies. Rain moves back into the forecast Sunday night.
That should wrap up this forecast. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a great day!
