A rainy day is forecast today as a cold front moves through the region overnight. Temperatures will be stuck in the mid 50s. Southwest winds could gust up to 25 mph this afternoon before the cold front arrives overnight. Up to half an inch of rain is expected.
The cold front will likely move through around 10 PM tonight. This should bring drier conditions into the region. Overnight lows will drop back into the upper 30s. Gusty northwest winds may be possible after the front moves through.
A nice, but windy day is expected on Tuesday. Surface low pressure will continue to swirl to the north of us. Temperatures will warm into the upper 50s under sunny skies. Westerly winds will increase in the afternoon, occasionally gusting to 35 mph. Gusty winds will continue overnight as lows drop into the mid 30s.
Chilly, Windy Wednesday
A backdoor cold front will work into the region on Wednesday. A few snow flurries may be possible Wednesday morning. Temperatures will remain cold under mostly sunny skies, only topping out in the low 40s. Gusty northwest winds up to 25 mph expected. Temperatures drop into the upper 20s Wednesday night.
