A nice and warm day is expected across the region. Temperatures dropped to around 39° this morning, but should rebound to around 61° by this afternoon. Mostly sunny skies will make for a very nice day!
Temperatures tonight will drop to around 39° once again. You have a rinse and repeat forecast for Sunday as temperatures top out in the low to mid 60s under mostly sunny skies once again!
Attention then turns to a cold front coming through the region on Monday night and Tuesday morning. The front will be strong and will likely contain heavy rain and perhaps a few thunderstorms.
This front will usher in cold air over the next week. This will set the stage for some opportunities for snow late next week and into the following week. I am seeing potential for light snow around Friday and Saturday, as well as a stronger signal around the 15th. Nothing is set in stone, but the storm around the 15th bears watching.
