Warm Week Ahead

A nice stretch of warm weather is expected to begin today. Despite temperatures starting off around 34° this morning, I’m expecting a high temperature around 65° thanks to southerly surface flow and mostly sunny skies.

Southerly surface flow can be expected to continue overnight and into Tuesday. Overnight lows will likely drop to around 40° before rebounding into the mid 60s once again on Tuesday afternoon.

Our next shot at rain comes late Wednesday and into Thursday as the cut-off low pressure system continues to move toward the region. Overall, this looks like a relatively light precipitation event.

The next major system I’m watching will come around the December 5-7th time frame. The current forecast calls for some storms. But, a quiet stretch of weather is expected between now and then.

That wraps up this forecast. Follow along on Facebook and Twitter! Have a great day!
